If I change to the Vortech 3.6" pulley, will I need to also change the belt ?
I know its a pretty small change, but, still learning...

Look at the IPF Supercharger FAQ thread and it has the belt I used for a 3.48" pulley. The regular belt did fit and work with that small of a pulley, so the 3.6 might be fine with the regular belt. If it slips though, go one size smaller.
