TOYO PROXES RR slicks

Just noticed these, they are only $250 per 295/30/19 at Tirereack, does anyone have any experience with them or know anything about them?

I found some for $140 a tire on a discount site and bought all 5 that they had available. I think these tires are discontinued which is why they are being sold cheap. Even Walmart has them--but only in 18s.

I love these on our Miata track car, but have no experience with them on heavy, high HP cars.

Something to think about: 295/30-19 is 1.3" shorter than the stock ZL1 rear tire and .7" shorter than the stock ZLE rear. That's a LOT.

Better check your math on the ZLE tire

They're within a few tenths of an inch from the 305/30-19 RE71s

My mistake... .7" shorter than the stock ZLE rear. Still a significant difference.

Read lots of similar reviews on tirerack, nobody seems to have used them on camaros or mustangs

I was planning on buying a set for track use but really didn't want to lose the tire width, and ended up on 305 front Bridgestone RE-71r's and 355 rear Kumho ACR's and am very happy with the grip.

Interesting combination, how do they compare to your stock tires on the track so far?
