Need CSS/HTML help please

I have an old website that I used for a poker league. I was trying to convert it to use for our camaro club. But, I know just enough about CSS and HTML to get me in trouble.

I was trying to make new buttons in Photoshop and now they wont show up.
I was trying to add a flyer to the site that I could link to just like I do my other site links, but the flyer moves when you adjust the browser and I cant get a curser over the flyer.

I was wondering if someone here my look at my files and help me fix what I broke.
