Have Pat Guerra custom spec you one for your application. He's one of the best.

Or go with an off the shelf one that will work fine, just not optimized

Pat G is a great choice
Ed Curtis
Martin@Tick
Brian@BTR
John@LJMS

All of them can spec you a centri cam for your needs. I used Pat G and I'm happy, but would gladly run whatever any of the above recommend.

My vote would be to use a Dallas Performance cam

My guy has his own spec cams and his boost cam on an eforce car made 90 hp from just the cam only nothing changed on the car besides the cam. This is unheard of but I can show you the logs and Kurt Urban worked with Tracey on these cams and he can vouch for the claim also and if you all know who Kurt Urban is it says a lot. Id HIGHLY recommend you get a hold of my guy and give the boost cam a try you will be surprised with the results guaranteed.

Haven't heard of anyone using the TSP 231/236 112 that I currently have for boost....I have heard it is not very boost friendly at all.

Would you recommend this for PD blowers like a LSA blower application as well?

will work good on a centri, not so well on a top mount.
They require different cams.
