NGK Ruthenium HX spark plugs for ZL1 supercharged LSA 6.2L engine update:
"My name is Andrew Hauenstein and I manage the plug line. Good news and bad news here... We are working on a HX option for the supercharged version of the LSA 6.2L (supercharged) engine, but the part won’t be available until Jan 2020(tentative). Part number will be TR6BHX, but it does not exist yet (in case you try to order it). We are also going to make a step colder option (TR7BHX) for modified engines, but it too won’t be available until Jan 2020. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any questions." |

NGK TR6 for me, but no issues with the OEM delco ones either. Both should do fine.

I went to my dealer to buy AC plugs for my 2010 Camaro ls3. They said the 41-110 iridium plugs are discontinued. They gave me 41-962 platinum plugs. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Or your dealer was lazy and didn't want to order the plugs so they could just get rid of the 962's.

Nice Benman. While you are doing the plugs, you might want to consider doing new wires and heat sleeves. My car had more miles (130K) when I did my headers and cam and the wires were stuck to the porcelain and completely damaged during removal. The metal heat sleeves were destroyed as well in order to get them out. Hopefully yours goes smoother. If you run into issues getting the plug wires off, take a look at my video. I worked for hours trying to figure it out and came up with some ideas. For instance, I had to cut/break the wires off at the base of the heat sleeves, then remove the manifolds and pry off the rest of the wire boot and heat sleeve with some 45 degree needle nose from underneath the car.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Crown-Bo...4748/203538240 (or your preferred hw store) so that you can screw them into the head and hang the gaskets to hold them in place while you run the headers up from under the car and guide you in getting the header in place and hang it on those studs as well long enough to be able to get your new ARP 134-1102 header bolts on
