My SS "caused" an accident by idiots.

Was sitting at a light in the inner left hand lane of 2. Had just left a small sandwich shop. The road about to turn on is a 3 lane blvd. I was the only car at this long light. So I thought.

The light turns green and I instantly hear LOUD tire screeches. I look to my right and from nowhere, there’s an Infiniti G coupe with its windows down and 2 late 20s/early 30s guys with shades.

They are taking the turn in the right left turn lane as fast as possible. Maybe b/c I have an SS, maybe not. I'll never know. But I can guess.

I continue to turn at a normal pace and see them ahead of me on the right starting to go sideways. I slow down and watch in disbelief as the Infiniti goes straight over the sidewalk at a 90 degree angle, knocks over a small tree, goes over the embankment and disappears.

I make a u-turn at the next light and then onto a side road and see the Infinity at the bottom of the embankment where it stopped in front of the steel gate of a self storage. The guys were lucky as they appeared unhurt and the car didn’t tip over.

Will be a nice tow fee.

I thought about calling the cops and reporting them but decided to move along with my day. I drove by as the 2 guys were sitting on a bench back on the sidewalk looking like fools. I gave the SS a little gas as I passed by. Hope they enjoyed the Borlas.

No shortage of idiots out there.

I know. Luckily they were ahead of me a little bit and once I saw the car going sideways, I slowed down. But yeah you never know. Total idiots.

LOL...I always encounter idiots driving silly looking foreign pods with fart can mufflers trying to get my attention as if I am supposed to be impressed. I look the other way as my mufflers rumble pass them.

Hey cbr, I would have worded my post different than what you did! To me looking at the title you caused and were involved in the accident as in you were racing each other! Choose your words wisely! Of course your post explained what happened so they were acting like idiots and got burned!��

I would have had to stop & made sure at least nobody else was in the vehicle / indeed certain no assistance of any sort was needed. Passing judgement & giving a cheap exhaust as you drove off is jus the sort of action I would have expected from you due to your history here.

Doesn't surprise me that you would be indifferent to your fellow man in their unfortunate situation...especially when you are brazen enough to consider it was the mere fact the presence of your car that caused them to get distracted & crash in the first place.
