Drive modes question
Heading to the track this weekend and I have a replaced the Trefeos with Goodyear 3R. I've been testing the tires when appropriate and using the different driving modes.
I noticed that every time I turn the car off the driving mode defaults back to #2, is there a way to change this setting? I couldn't find anything in the manual. |

Nope, not to my knowledge. 3R is awesome on track - in my experience all off will be the fastest. PTM 5 pulls too much power on corner exit for me. PMT5 to all off was worth 2 seconds at VIR for me (2:06 to 2:04). What I've been doing: PTM 4 / 5 to learn where traction is pulling power then off for my fastest hot laps. 3Rs give away suddenly when cold (more so then the Trofeos) but had amazing grip and communication on track when warm. I keep traction on in some form while cold (usually 3). My go to tire.
