Have you checked the fuel pressure? How old is the fuel filter?

I have the car now for aprox 3 years and I never checked the fuel presure. Not sure how to have it done. But I will install a new one anyways. This might be a combination of problems but i will find it as I am willing to start rebuilding every hose and re do the plugs this time with AC Delco original parts instead of Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts. Thanks

Well before you tear out the fuel pump I would try a fuel filter and see if that does it. Yea AZ and advance are hit or miss, sometimes they have or can get the AC delco part though.

Hello Guys

Just want it to add more problems, My car blew the altenator for the 3rd time. I wonder if this is my problem all along. It is blowing the alternators every 13 months to be exact. First time it blew it was 1/2/2007 the second time was 2/16/08 and this time on 3/21/2009. How about that? Anyways I was so pissed I went to the GM dealer and almost walked out with a Cobalt SS. But ofcourse a camaro lover never gives up. I am planning on putting now a high voltage one and see if that helps. Maybe this is whats causing the misfire the engine knock and everything else. Anyways I finally download two pictures and posted them. Hope you guys like the ride although I have to repaint and do a bunch of stuff.

super83z you are right, the first time it went I notice that the altenator looked wet. After taking it to the mechanic he confirmed that the power steering main hose was leaking and it got to the altenator. The second time it was the whole pump that did it so I had to get a new pump and the case cuz the case was also bad. I even bought a new cap for it. This time there is only a bit of power steering fluid around the cap not sure why somehow the pump is making presure as if it wants to explode. I got a feeling that it could be my rack n pinion going bad. As for the altenators i get them at Advance Auto and they are I believe 102 AMPs. I am getting me a 200+ Amp altenator to see if that helps. That would still leave me with the presure coming out the power steering pump and maybe and electrical problem. I think is time to put the FOR SALE sign and get me the Fix Or Repair Daily car. Just kidding.
