It sounds like to me that you have one of the items utilizing the 5v reference pulling it down or you have an intermittent short to ground. Changing to an adjustable master may have upset the clutch switch. These are the hard issues to track down as it has to be currently broken during the test. Good luck.

Clutch sensor isnt part of the 5v circuit though, wonder if it still could be a problem??

Check for loose sockets on the connectors. Tighten up with tiny screwdriver see how it goes.

Holy **** people, finally after months fixed my Reduced Engine Power issue. The culprit was the dam wiring harness mount on the front passenger side head. Its a metal loop that bolts to the head and holds the main wire harness loom. It had dug into the harness and had rubbed a wire bare for a tiny 1 or 2 mm area.
So when I would hit the gas the engine would move and the bare wire would touch that metal mount and ground out. Wow what are the chances I am so happy to finally have fixed this dam issue. Almost sold my car over it.
