Rick, keep in mind Cam2 or C16 will take out your O2 sensors at some point. I went with the unleaded version. Unfortunately its more expensive then the the leaded. Think i paid $70 for 5gal

did you buy colder spark plugs to run a 100 shot or is it stock plugs?

My 3.6 really did not like Iridium plugs with nitrous. I got one colder iridium and still didn't like it. Then I went with the Brisk Racing silver RR14YS which worked well up to 100. After 100 I switched to the colder non projected tip Brisk Racing Silver RR14S. You should def get copper or silver plugs for a nitrous system. I'm trying to find what compression the 2012 LFX has. Mine is 11.3:1 in my 2013 which made changing plugs necessary. Way too much KR on the stock Iridium plugs

Fairly certain the 12+ LFX engine has always been 11.5:1 compression. The 10-11 LLT was 11.3-11.4 depending on where you read it.

Check this out: Everything you ever(or never) wanted to know about the LFX engine!

It's hard to find good info on the internet sometimes. I thought I originally read 11.5:1 but when I was looking up 2012 I read 11.3:1. So I thought maybe I was remembering wrong. Either way they are pretty high for a stock engine. So I run E85 in mine and it helped a lot too

Thanks Ben, I figured for a few runs 5-6 I could use the Cam2 I get local and can buy it a gallon at a time. If all works good than I would buy the 5 gallon containers of the unleaded. By using the race fuel I won't have to pull so much timing either. :-) 4 more weeks if the weather is nice and we will see.

Making progress every trip out. 12.24@113mph. I ran about a 140 shot. Next I'll start bringing the nitrous on sooner to get my 60ft down. This is also with street tires Nitto NT555 255/35ZR18. The only reason I'm posting over here is because no one in the Cadillac world seems to be sprayin the LFX except for me. But I appreciate the feedback and info from you guys.

I'd keep posting here if you want, definitely cool to see. 12.24 is moving for those crappy tires. With some drag radials you'd probably be able to crack 11s

I'm still launching on motor only and hitting the first stage once I start rolling. Then hit the second stage about 600 rpm after the first stage. It's working well so far. No traction issue at all yet. I just can't figure out how to get the throttle body to open to 100% sooner. It's around 3400rpm that it shows 100%. That's the only thing keeping me from bringing the spray on sooner. The first stage is only about a 60 shot so I could probably launch with it I'm just scared lol
