Can somebody please answer this....
Does the dealer need to do something to submit for build? Or can they just sit back and GM will pull it automatically?

My dealer is part of a 3-owned-dealership.

All total they have 30'ish allocated.

They got 0 for march.... or so I was told.

Maybe 18/8/4 to each dealership respectively and you're at the "low" one? I wouldn't think they decide how to split up the 30; each dealership probably gets a specific number based on its volume (obviously Mustang sales in the area would be the same assuming the three dealerships are relatively close to each other).
