Well, I guess it is charge back time on my Corsa Exhaust.
It has only been 2.5 weeks since I placed my order, but they have not answered their phone in the last 2 days. With this lawsuit, I am assuming they will not be shipping anything else.

You honestly had no idea about how shady this business was 2.5 weeks ago? That sucks. Charge back immediately.

You can only rip people off for so long before bad things start happening to you! In todays world I would be more worried about those I ripped off than the law coming after me. Bottom line, KARMA done took a nip out of their backside. Now the problem is how in God's name does one pay all the money back when they don't have it? Court usually settles on so much of each dollar, example they might be responsible for twenty five cents for each dollar. Years ago I took a guy to court for ripping me off for 3K. In court the SOB pled poverty, sickness and also filed for bankruptcy. At the end, like others he owed I was awarded ten cents on a dollar! Talk about upset! I never saw one red cent, of course my lawyer wanted me to take him back to court, at a small fee! Besides the 3K I lost another 1K in legal fees.

Wow, I can remember almost getting screwed by them and at the time people defending them on here when I said something about them. Glad he is getting what is coming to them.

I was ripped off by Maryland Speed and it took two attempts with my credit card company to finally get my money back. I was disappointed with the result of the first attempt. I was able to document phone calls and emails that were loaded with delays, excuses and outright lies from Maryland Speed. Unfortunately, my credit card company believed Maryland Speed's side of the story, even though I felt like I had plenty of evidence that I was being scammed. When my parts still were not delivered after another four month wait, I approached my credit card company again. I gave them additional evidence, including information and statistics from the Maryland BBB. The credit card company reopened my case, and within a month credited my account for the disputed amount of money. I feel very fortunate to have a credit card company that fought a battle for me, not once, but twice. Even if I had lost, it wasn't a significant amount of money to me (~$700). I was willing to chalk it up to a lesson learned. But I feel sorry for people who live paycheck to paycheck, have their heart set on a performance part, see a lowball price, and lose their hard-earned money to a company like Maryland Speed. Let's hope the Attorney General for Maryland will shut this business down for the good of all.

I dealt with them for a couple years after I bought my 2014 SS.
Finished my mods just before the first reports of them scamming people surfaced. Yep.....guess I was lucky! KW
