New pulley for Magnacharger..how many ftlbs?

Team Chevy, got a new 3.6 pulley to replace my 3.8. How many ftlbs should I torque? Any other tips would be great. Will I notice a difference in rwhp? Thanks

Um, yeah! You're adding boost, so you need to adjust fuel delivery and other things. Did you make sure your fuel system is up to the task? It's not a huge jump in power, but depending on your mods, you may need bigger injectors, fuel pump, etc.

*Edit*

Don't even think about "putting your foot in it" before getting it retuned. You will likely be running lean in your fuel delivery if you do and things can go "boom" quickly! You can probably drive it safely until then, but stay out of boost (20% throttle, max) until you get it tuned.

Good stuff. Those tunes are expensive. Currently no mods other than Magnacharger. Current dyno results 524hp and 509.9 with nothing other than the charger. I was pretty impressed as I didn't think it would be that high with no other mods. I will be getting zl1 pump and Fpcm, headers and maybe cam(ls9) want to keep car on conservative side and at least produce over 550 rwhp. That's my goal. Thanks for the help

'Could just be a number-happy dyno (Dynojet, I assume?). But yeah, 550 should be easily achievable with 3.6 pulley and headers. The ZL1 pump and FPCM upgrade is a good idea (that's what I'm running). I assume you're running the fuel injectors that came with the Maggie kit (52-lb, if I recall)? With the goals you mentioned, I'd highly recommend upgraded injectors also. I'm running about the same boost you're going to be running, but with cam and headers. The Mustang dyno mine was tuned on reads lower numbers than most (would likely get around 600 rwhp on a dynojet) and my 63-lb injectors are already running at 80% duty cycle. If I were you, I'd go for 80-lb injectors (get whichever brand your tuner prefers). That will give you plenty of fuel delivery and room for more growth when you want to go faster later on.

Black Ace thanks. Yes I'm running injectors that came with Maggie. But not 100% sure as I bought the car with Maggie already installed. Maggie was installed at 500 miles and now has 5000 miles on vehicle

So apply loctite to the bolts for my 3.6 pulley? Can this be found at auto store?
