I like the new tail lights. There needs to be recognizable change on a refresh and to me it seems like GM listed at the 5th Gen refresh when everyone lost their minds over the new tail lights. This just goes back to a modern look of the original lights. Then I see a 19 I want to recognize it as a 19. Next up 7th Gen. |

Didn’t they decide that the high wing was better at producing downforce and reducing lift when first making the ZL1 1LE?

I highly doubt we see this as an option. |

top 1LE, look at the tread on them tires. Those don't look like the compound R tires they come with.. looks more like an all season tire.

But does the rear bumper need zip ties to hold them in?
THANKS for posting these pics bud. Love or hate the rear, it's everyone ELSE that has to look at them! |

I agree. It seems especially suspicious when you consider the calipers aren't painted in the ZL1 or ZL1 1LE style either. It's not like they wouldn't have both available.
Maybe it isn't that other Z word, but it could be something new.

Maybe it's done so they can sell off stock from the previous year model and they simply limit the ugly while awaiting a real upgraded design.
