Ridetech or camber plates & lowering springs

I have both setups. Ridetech coil overs and BMR 1.25” lowering springs with JPSS Knockout camber plates(need struts) which would you use?
Cammed and stalled. Sees mostly cruising, fun nowadays, but hoping to hit some HPDE this summer.

If you can find them the Bilstiens are a good option.

Ridetechs. Best ride for your cruising. I have had Hotchkis springs and Pedders supercars and these are the best ride hands down. Does great for autocross and roadcourse. They have built in camber plates I leave on race setting so I get 2.5 degrees camber. I have dead nuts even tire wear across tread width other then inside shoulder edge which doesn’t wear. You do have to watch the wheel offset, wheel and front tire size with the ridetechs though.

Are there known sizes/offsets that cause issues with the ridetechs?

I don’t know. They were designed with stock tires in mind. That said you just have to call them . I had my wheels and tires already so had to make them work . It isn’t really bad though if you don’t go crazy, and mostly it’s only the front you have to worry about like with any wheels and tires(bigger). The rears with 35 offset are no issue. For me it was getting the camber I wanted for autocross that was the issue. I run 2.5 negative camber. Car is lowered 1”.Here is what I run:
Street: front 20x10.5 forgestars with 20 offset. With the camber I have to run 285/35 mpss tires max with a 3-5 mm spacer. Tire clears coilover by about 1/8”. If car is lowered it’s risky to run bigger then a 285 tire. My 2.5 camber keeps the 285 away from the fender lip. With the 295 wide mpss tire, and only 1 degree camber I sliced the outer edge of that tire on a big freeway dip. And 1 degree is all I could use as tire hit the coil springs.

My race wheels are 19x10.75 with 15 offset, 305/30/19 re 71s and no spacer and no issues . More clearance then the street set

Ridetechs. Come with camber plates. If you want to be low and have an offset that my CCW's have, you can always get shorter springs for the front from them. Fixed my issue.

That’s the issue I’m having with my ridetech current setup. 1LE wheels and tire size and cutting the outside on fender. Can’t camber more. I am around 1.25” ish drop so I need to raise it I think. But the Allen head is stripped(bought used). Since I’m taking off to fix and knew the other setup cleared, I wanted to see what was preferred/best.
Y’all confirmed what I thought.

Looking at your wheel size and if you have a 285 tire, your clearance and offset is same as mine with my 3mm spacer. If you can fix that bolt, set camber plate in the race aggressive position for max camber and set to where you need to be. I had no adverse tire wear on the street at -2.1. And dead even wear st my 2.4

Camber plates are already set inward. Maybe I’ll pull the coil overs soon to get that stubborn bolt out.

Cool. And With what I have clears with new mpss s4 tires that run wide with that rim protector. Tire only comes close to only spot on the coil itself. I have 1/8” at that point. At very slow speed when wheel is turned in driveway or in a mall parking lot I do get a bit of rubbing do to the angle but that’s it. I could use a 5 mm spacer instead of the 3mm one but don’t want to get to close to wheel lip again.

From lower wheel lip to fender lip, 25.75” front, 26” rear. Or for my car that’s 1” drop front, 1.125” rear

Had my Ridetechs installed today at SoulSpeed in Austin (these guys rock, been using them for many years).

No issues at all, plenty of clearance with the stock 1LE wheels and tire size. Did not have it dropped much, just told them about an inch. Went from 3.5 fingers to 2.5, scientifically measured :P
-2.2 camber in the front and -1.6 in the rear.

25.5” all around for me.
So at least .25 up all around should be great for me.
