Yeah that was my main concern. I was hoping maybe someone had, say, a Magnaflow Comp 16580 or Loudmouth I installed in Allegheny County and could weigh in, but to no avail. :(

One thing I don't understand is on Magnaflow's site under the description for the Comp catback, it says "4 x 9 x 14in. Muffler." I guess that's the big can in the middle? Would that count as a "muffler" if they look underneath?

They were having issues with the frames bending in the middle in certain off-road situations.
I didn't know they ran $70k,the last one I saw a few years ago at the new car show was around $45k I think.
They are very nice and aggressive looking.....I was really hoping GM would make their version of one with the Silverado, kinda' like they did with the S10 back in '94 with the ZR2 (I had a '94 ZR2,loved it!)

I have a Magnaflow 3" cat-back, no headers...I have passed inspection twice now, at two different shops, in Allegheny County. The exhaust was never even mentioned.

Stepside with a "splash" pinstripe going down the side, IIRC. Supposed to appeal to the "younger" crowd in the early 90's.

I like to keep it nice as well,I had to drive a lot of my previous trucks through the Pa. winters, and they got all beat up from the salt/cinders,so its nice to have my litte Saturn called into duty for my everyday driving
As I said earlier though it could use a little buffing,as it unfortunately has to sit outside exposed to the elements :(
I charge friends 1/3 my normal price.
