Application for all Android users (Dynomaster)

Tested out an application I heard about a couple of weeks ago. From thier website:

"Dynomaster provides the following features:Record the following track data: position, speed, acceleration, altitude, bearing, absolute time, elapsed times, and power (HP or kW).

Record your data using multiple trigger modes: by movement, delayed, or by speed.

View 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, and 60 foot ETs. Create your own custom speed or distance ETs.

View your track data with graphical analysis on your phone.
Replay your track data instantly on your phone.
Share your track data via email, web posting, Twitter, Facebook, and more.

Send your data to Google Earth for desktop replay, analysis, and editing.
Send your data as a spreadsheet for analysis in MS Excel or Open Office.
Enable speech to have your speed and times spoken to you while you're racing.
Provide real-time ET times and speed to your fans via Twitter.
Launch Street View to see a panoramic view of your run.
Supports metric and English units.
Supports external bluetooth GPS receivers (via add-on).
Click the User Guide link for more information about these and other Dynomaster features."

Pretty cool features... I've yet to tune it correctly to the camaro. My main problem is getting it to start recording accurately for the 0-60mph. This was the results:

Look into it if you have an android phone.

It's not going to be 100%. It tracks you through gps to see how fast you're going. All I did was enter my cars weight, coefficient of drag, and frontal area, then after my run it est my hp and everything. You can even look at G-force and a dyno style graph chart. However, my results it shows for my HP are incorrect. My car is stock and it gave me this on my final run:

Just did a google search for the specs...

weight: 3800
Drivetrain loss: 19%
Coefficient of Drag: 0.35
frontal area: sq ft - 25.3

Those are the setting I found... If they are incorrect someone please let us know the correct ones.

Quick note... aDyno is free on android market. Also, I have been researching these programs since I started reading this thread yesterday (seeing if i want to buy Dynomaster or not), and it appears that the way the two programs work is fairly similar. They are using the G-Sensor in the phone to obtain accelaraton readings and calculate your speed, distance, hp, etc.. This is why they ask for frontal area, pitch/G , rolling resistance.. etc. Also, for either program it is incredibly important to keep the phone stationary, relative to the car at all times during the run. I too have been getting faulty readings, but i think its between car settings and not having the phone secured to the car well enough. It's such a cool concept, i want to get the right setup to make it work! Anyway.. Just some thoughts.
