AC belt replacement - L99 problem
Is there anyone here that successful remove the ****ing camshaft position sensor/actuator wire harness bracket.
I remove the bolts, disconnect the connectors, but nothing. It doesn’t move. Inviato dal mio iPhone utilizzando Tapatalk |

I did it the hard way for many year until I found the easy way by accident. If you put the belt over the balancer all way until it its between the balancer and the timing cover, then put it over the compressor then start the belt by hand on the balancer pulley while turning the motor over clockwise by hand it will rotate itself into position. Keep an eye on the compressor as you may have to keep guiding it to stay on the pulley. As for the the SENSOR WIRE HARNESS, the picture you supplied does not show a THIRD bolt that goes from the bracket arm over to the 3 bolts on the center of the cover which hold the actuator in place on the L99 or models that have DOD/VVT
