I asked the same thing, wondering if the dealership is required to install?

It seems like they would install it at the factory... and put the spacers in like the ZL... not knocking a dealership because we have some that are great.... but someone somewhere will end up with a jacked up dealer installed splitter... kinda like the GFX when they first came out.

Nice.... I'm interested in how the 391 feels, and suspension... and now we must start a "Where is Marks Splitter" thread!

Sooooo kickass. Congrats. Keep us posted on the front splitter. Shame on GM to have one of the first ones in the enthusiasts hands and its missing a key piece...strange.

It was probably too big for the trunk so if by chance they didn't look in the passenger compartment, it could be in there. Theres a lot of plastic and cardboard when they're brand new so it could be hiding a little bit. Hope they didn't check thouroughly.

How could it be missed? You have to do a full inspection of the car to ensure it was all there and no damage etc.

SHOULD have been addressed before he accepted delivery IMO. At least checked the entire car and/or got word from the dealership GM to make it right ASAP.

Can't WAIT to see 1,000 more pics tonight!
