Its going to be a great event. I build the dampers on this and most of the others that are hitting the track this weekend. I have worked track support at alot of these races over the past 3 years. It will be very cool to see the new Camaro, mustang and challenger togeather.

Link to grand-am.com timing scoring page http://laptrax02.racersites-cluster....ew.jsp?sid=686 after 15 laps, Donohue has improved position 2 places and put Roush behind him where he belongs after 20 laps, from 13th to 8th place dropped back after a caution ~ 22nd lap, but it looks like the car has the capability of being very competitive. 33 laps and he's behind Roush again, I think Donohue pitted during caution but Roush didn't? They should have televised this, looks like some good racing!

They're racing now...
http://laptrax02.racersites-cluster....SERIES=K&TEST= 3rd place after 34 laps... Passed Roush... Again! ...After 40 laps, it's obvious they have a very good car on their hands, and Donohue is doing a great job! they're gonna be a force to be reckoned with next year.

He's pushing the 2nd place Porsche around the track now, and 5 seconds behind the leader... Is anyone else watching the timing page?
edit: Looks like something broke around lap 57, but they were sure pushing the leaders up to that point! Congrats guys, looks like you have a very competitive car, next year should be good. Looking forward to your comments, and hope someone was taping, wish I could have made it.

Yeah, but it was a good race to that point... Donohue took the car from 13th starting place to 3rd place at one point with some great lap times up to mid-race, then it looks like there was a pit and driver change, and Bucknum was holding his own and running decent lap times till the 57th lap.

Me too. Considering how much time they've had to get the car ready, and that they were holding their own to mid-race, I bet they're very pleased... I am
