If you remove the rear cats it shouldn't throw a code as they are behind the 2nd o2 sensors.

I would keep the cats but be sure to add a Magnaflo res. X-pipe behind the cats for both better sound and exhaust flow.

ok so iv had my exhaust put on for a little while now and i like it,BUT when i crack on it in 1 and 2 you can really hear the rasp.it sounds like a ricer and a camaro should not sound like that. i have a res. delete with a magnaflow tru x pipe and flows out back. any ideas on what i should do to get rid of that rasp, besides the obvious of getting a ss.doing a burnout and some drifting is fun but when it sounds like a civic....not so much..help please

Replace the truX with the resonated X.

So no mufflers? And yeah Tyler is correct. Try x pipe is no bueno in the six. Need the resonated x pipe instead. Will no sound raspy.. How's the drone anyways?
