My first was a Cavalier Z24 manual. It was the older body style it had a v6 which was just enough power compared to size of the car, for a high schooler

My first car was a beat up 1970 Chevy Nova. No power anything on that car. I was just happy to have a car at all. I've come a long way with the Camaro I'm driving now. We did have fun with the Nova back in the day though.

First car: Gold on Gold 1985 Honda Accord Hatchback 5M....then bought the slowest car I ever owned: 1984 Jeep Cherokee Iron Duke 4 speed 4 wd...traded that in on a stunning 1989 Chevy Sportside 4x4 - in 1990...Red over Silver. It was the tits! Drove that for a year of college (dad thought it would get hurt). I loved that truck.

Crap. I really am old...reading these high school graduation dates. Won't be long and I will roll up to my 40th high school reunion in a Gen 5. Perhaps I will upgrade to Z28!?!

Frist car
Helped my dad restore a Fiat X19 for my older sister, lots of rust in the rocker panels etc. Got it back to new. She was sneaking off to the town about 10 miles away to see her boyfriend (later to be her husband) She was late coming back to pick me up from school. Come to find out she got into an accident and totalled the car. I was supposed to get the car when she was done with it. Fast forward about 5 years, she is with her husband (the boyfriend from before) on the freeway they rearend a 1972 MGB. The owner is trying to sell it at that time. Sister and husband have no insurance, she is pregnant, our dad doesn't want to stress out the baby so he pays cash for the MGB, the asking price not the wrecked price. Brings the car home and I remind him of the Fiat and that I want to fix the MG for me. He agrees even though he had planned to sell it to get some money back. My first car and I still have it. 36 years old now, I was 13 when the car came into the family.
