My testing ground was an industrial parkway of some sort, and no one was around. I think I found the perfect spot though, because a little farther down the road (behind me in the pic) there is another fresh "street tattoo" (not from me) so I guess someone else had the same idea.

The fine line between "nothing REALLY could be done" is the time it take to get it done. I'd had the peep spending his free time dressed in a county owned orange jump suit picking up paper and cans on his week-ends around the neighborhood and I'd be the neighbor with the sign posted on the lawn.............. bidding the peep adios!
