2013 Check engine P015B O2 Sensor delayed response

P015B O2 Sensor Delayed Response - Lean to Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1

From what i heard this is an error, especially since the only thing i have done is CAI. Can anyone with more knowledge help me out with this. What should I do to get rid of the Check engine light and ensure nothing is wrong?

Could be the CAI throwing off the maf sensor, most likely, or clogged cat, or bad sensor (not too common on the last 2). Most tuners disable that DTC with headers anyway.
