Well Chevy ya disappointed me. Lesson learned

Don't Go to your local Chevy shop to have them install a clutch who knows what might be missing if you can't even put everything back together properly. I've been hearing a loud creek sound that sounded like it was my shocks come to find out after looking under my car they never put my Camaro back together. And the bonus! My clutch is still loud as hell when I engage the clutch

They are only as good as the people they have working for them. I usually try to ask around, see who they have doing the work.

Bloody hell! I wonder if the clutch is making noise due to being out of alignment with the subframe being free like that. Looks like a good case for a lawsuit to me.

The bolts fell out that hold his sub frame to the body. That's a huge screwup.

They need to come get the car with a tow truck. I wouldn't drive it like that.

ClarityCamaro:

Bear in mind that your Chevy dealer or Chevy Service Center is not "Chevrolet" and it is not "GM".

It is a franchise. Chevy did not do anything wrong to your car when it was serviced.

"Chevy" will care about poor service if you talk to the right people at General Motors, but they did not do this.

You need to speak to your service manager at the shop that is not doing the right thing, right away. Do not be emotional and do not yell or cuss. Describe what the problem is and why you have serious concerns. If they disagree with you and you are certain they did wrong, contact regional General Motors.

Correction: don't go to the OP's dealer. My local chevy dealer would never allow that because they are good at what they do. Why blame GM and all other dealers because your dealer sucks?

If you paid $3000 to get something fixed and they did a half ass job would you just move on?

Man, sorry bro, hate to hear this, I know if this was MY car I would NOT want to let the dealer who did this shoddy work (and who knows WHAT ALL else they screwed up???) off the hook, but... Id have a hard time taking it back to the dealer who screwed it up, because if they couldnt fix it right the first time, its almost certain theyre not going to do it right the second time either.
