Yesterday being a nice day we were able to come out of a long winters nap . Had no tunes on , just listened to the music from the engine and the exhaust.

I finished the remodel on my in-laws house today and its officially on the market. When I started the real estate agent told us to ask 70k or less as a flip for someone else. I spent 3 months of weekends and evenings and a few vacation days and $6000 on it and we listed it for 99,900. It was a lot of work but I think I did pretty good by investing my time and money to boost the value by 30k. They really needed the extra value so they have enough to get a new house in Florida so even though it was a lot of work I am happy I could help them get the asking price up.

Just got home from a day with the in-laws. Stuffed as usual, brought home enough food to eat on for a couple weeks. I can't post pics on Facebook again So I will try to post some of them here.

Hey gang.
Don't know where the time goes, but I've been busy lately. Sounds like a job well done Zandron. Jan, love your yummy pics! Our car Club was the featured club this past weekend. Since the weather was not great, attendance was down. Only about 30 cars came to the cruise, and we accounted for 10 of them. A small dust storm blew through, then I drove home in the rain. So glad I took the Impala. Washed it up the next day and followed with Adam's Brilliant Glaze and Buttery Wax. Dead paint does not like H2O Guard and Gloss.

We got the in-laws house sold today for a little over the asking price. On the market for two days if this IT career falls apart maybe I can make a living flipping houses.

I haven't had time to post lately as my daughter is getting married this Saturday. This past weekend I had enough points to send them to the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island for a Mother / Daughter get away.
So while they were staying at the Ritz my son and I were tent camping at Talladega. Check out our Talladega Ritz.....
