Casting Call - Reality TV Show - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Needing Camaros, w/families, to participate in a Cruise-In to the "SWANDEROSA". A major reality TV production company, 44 Blue, has asked the San Antonio Camaro Club to organize an event which could be used for the new Docu-relaity TV Show named, "The Swanderosa". Filming will begin on 1st of June and wrap up on the 24th of July. We are asking for a Sunday date between the dates of filming as mentioned above. As we confirm the date, we will post here.

This will be a cruise-in and party. Production company is picking up the $5000+ venue fee and giving us a $2,500-3,000 expense account to purchase things like DJ, caterer, etc. If all goes as planned, we will appear on an episode of this new weekly show to be aired on the CNMT Channel later this year in the fall.

Keep in mind this is all tenative. The show producers could decide not to use our event. If that would be the case, everyone would be notified before traveling.

A link to a form will be posted in a few days to register. Cost is FREE.

Just got off the phone with 44 Blue. They are penciling us in for June 19th for the moment until word is received from the show's executive producers. More to come...

Oh, not sure if anyone brought this up yet, but the 19th of June is Fathers' day. I just hope this won't lead to a low turnout or anything.

I voted, but if it's in June, it's very unlikely that I'll be able to make it. The car will probably be in the shop most of June and part of July while they fix the paint, etc.
