I am just hoping for something within a 16-20 hour drive. Missed Fest 4 because of childcare issues and missed Fest 5 because of the 24 hour drive.

Is that drag strip in Lancaster/Palmdale open again? I know they closed down a long time ago. Like 2007, I believe. LACR.

I think there is one in Rosamond that is only open certain Saturdays, I don't think there are any in Palmdale or Lancaster.

The AV is definitely not the place for camaro5 fest anyways... nobody would want to drive more than 30 minutes just to see this awful place!

Vegas or somewhere nicer than the AV in SoCal and I'm in!

there is definitely not a drag strip in Rosamond. lol Used to live there, and my step dad currently lives there. I agree, would not wish anyone to visit there, not even my worst enemy

They just have a road course called Willow Springs.
