Will the 2010 Camaro be anyone elses first new Car?

Has anyone bought any model year camaro new?

Whats it feel like?
Bought both a 94Z and a 96Z new (other new cars too). Traded the 94 in on the 96. Really missed the 6-speed when I did it but the 94 was a base Z28 and the 96 was fully loaded up through leather and t-tops. To answer your question, they were both GREAT experiences; of course buying both around invoice didn't hurt either.

First thing is make sure I have full traction conrol off,
Ive seen to many people try and do a burnout with it on and
make a fool of themselves.

my first mods will be traction control reversal and skip-shift eliminator kits. Just like on my 2000 SS

Removing traction control on mine, up here in Massachusetts, would make December - April rather harry. Not that I couldn't do, just not worth it when you can turn the traction control off manually already.

It's REVERSAL. It starts off instead of on. You turn it on when you want instead of turning it off when you don't want it.

Gotcha...still no thanks. I'd rather have the safety factor. Skip shift will go away STAT though

Sounds like we all did it tight. Groom the spouse WAY ahead of time so there is no doubt.

BADZ, thats awesome. I had my 73' in 1985-86 so as I was buying my used one, yours was being made.

This will be my first brand new car and my first camaro. I always liked the camaro but it was out of my price range at that time.

Actually i was purchasing another used car but the price for a new camaro is just right.
I had previously owned 3 cars all used. So I'm really excited and can't wait for it to arrive.

My GP, G6, and Silverado were all new, though this is my first "performance" vehicle. My GP was supercharged, but it still only ran mid 14's.
