Problem w/ my steering wheel radio controls

I own a LS. This past sat I installed the steering wheel controls which I bought from GM Parts House. Install went fine and I still need to get it programmed so the car recognizes it but I have a problem with the volume button. The volume + ALWAYS gets stuck if I push it in, it never ceases to not get stuck and am I curious as to why this happens and if anyone else on here has had this problem. If so how'd you fix it?

For me, it was the other way around. The Volume down button seemed a bit "sticky". I just pressed it a bunch of times and at different pressure. I'm not sure why that is though

Its annoying. It sticks every single time I push the button and the only way to unstick it and pop it back out is to lightly touch the bottom volume button. Def shouldnt be like this so Im curious if its the unit I got or maybe the way it was installed? Idk but its ridiculous and Im not happy.

bigwayne3000, are you strictly looking for a DIY for this issue or would you be willing to take the vehicle in for a look at your handy work? It may be an exceedingly simple fix for you. If you do decide to take the vehicle in please keep me updated. Thank you. I hope you are able to get this resolved whichever way you go about it.
