6th Gen Slotted Rotors on ZL1?

Looks to be the same size...14.6"

What do you guys think?

SERIOUS STOPPING POWER

BREMBO® PERFORMANCE FRONT BRAKE PACKAGE
(SIX-PISTON CALIPERS)

P/N 23245471 (2016 Camaro LT and SS) / MSRP: $3000†

Take the braking capability of your Camaro LT or SS to a higher level with the Chevrolet Performance Brembo® front brake system featuring six-piston monoblock aluminum calipers with performance brake pads and two-piece, 14.6” x 1.3” (370mm x 34mm) vented and slotted Duralife rotors (cast-iron braking rings with aluminum hats). These performance brakes are for the serious track enthusiast looking for ultimate braking performance while maintaining street drivability – and they’re larger than the factory systems for LT and SS (SS features 13.6” rotors/four-piston calipers from the factory). The Duralife rotors feature a hardened surface to reduce corrosion and provide quieter braking with less vibration. This front-brake kit is available for all Gen-6 Camaro models and includes low-expansion front brake hoses, all necessary hardware, and installation instructions.

Like to have just the rotors but guessing they're north of $800 a set.

I was thinking about these rotors as well the next time I need to replace them. The diameter is the correct size, just need to confirm that the offset is correct as well. Does anyone have the part numbers for the rotors only?

I wouldn't mind getting a set of those, I was looking at slotted and drilled rotors recently since they look bad ass.

I have a bad addiction when it comes to buying new things for my ZL1 .

How bout the rears? I really want the 2 piece rotor option for front and rear.

Looks nice but why try to retrofit a Gen 6 rotor on the Gen 5 ZL1? That can't be cheap.

I would go with this for similar pricing and save 20-25 lbs overall.

If they are the same size they would more than likely perform better than our rotors, that's why. Found this pic, the one on the right is what were looking at here... Anyone know the part number for just the rotors?

I've had no luck so far in finding the part # just for the rotors.

Obviously but not my point...

Why spend so much money on a GM gen 6 brake package when you already have brembos. Just replace your rotors with any number of slotted and drilled options already available for 1/3rd the price and have the same look and performance.

Also, the guy wanted 2 piece rotors for the rear. My link had 2 piece rotors front and rear available now and that fit the gen 5 application.

Why do we insist on making things so complicated?
Who wants gen 6 ss brakes on a gen 5 zl1 anyway?
You already have an awesome brake package, just replace the rotors if you want drilled and slotted.

I swapped out mine for the spotter and cross drilled and the ceramic pads. However, I don't recommend tracking the car with this combination. I don't plan on doing that and they look amazing! I highly recommend the swap out!
