0% Financing
What is the likelyhood of 0% financing for the Camaro in the next year?

I think that would depend more on the economy than anything, and as GM is going to be in debt to the gov. for a while, I'm not sure that they would able to offer that, sadly :(

You will see sales incentives once GM actually has to try to sell the car. There will probably be no incentives till mid to late 2012. Unless Ford does something amazing with the Mustang's price between now and then.

0% financing is used as a Sales promotion tool to get inventory moving. Nothing is ever truly free, someone is paying for it, the finance companies aren't looking to give money away for free unless there is an incentive for them. The incentive being the car company pays the finance company for that loan to move slow moving product at the standard or slightly reduced price, or when things are really at the end (ex: to move leftover 2009 models in December 09) just to get it out the door to make room for new product. GM has no reason to pay for such an incentive to move this product (Camaro) anytime soon, so don't hold your breath.
EDIT: also why you need perfect credit to get 0%, because the finance company is making less on each loan than a standard loan, but they hope to make it up in volume with the promotion. However they don't want to be giving away free money to risky people.

If the Camaro continues to sell like it is no, GM's marketing department is playing it cool right now with the release of the Camaro, next year maybe a hi-performance V6, then the convertible, and the Z/28 So IMHO NO 0% for the next two years unless sales bomb.

as long as camaros are sold out I would say zero chance, why would they offer that on a car that they can't build enough of ?
