If you think the styling sux, the Metra kit isn't any better. All in all these two kits are all we have for now. If something better comes out I'll get it. Might be me but painting the kit flat black makes it match the interior better.

Try finding the new update for pioneer head units. One time I pushed the talk button in the wheel and everything stopped on the wheel. So I held the talk button down for 5 seconds then released and it was working again.

The Alpine Dash kit is best IMO.

Ima have to go out on a limb and say by looking at your mod list....I don't think you really care if the alpine costs more!

All three of them are . I would prefer the 2013 but if that doesn't come to fruition I would stick with my stock rather than ruin this beautiful car with one of those after market kits. But its all personal opinion. And you can install a sticker on your windshield and find a hate thread on it here. You will always hear from the nay-sayers.

Did you wait about 10 before plugging the connectors in the scoshe dash unit? I have the Pioneer AVIC-130bt head unit and the steering wheels controls work ok.

The three kits may be hideous to some, but they aren't any worse than the disaster of the factory setup. at least with one of the kits you can have a really nice and functional head unit.

My scosch kit just came in the mail today. How do you do the firmware update? I am having this dealer installed, but I dont know if they will know to do that.

Just do like me and have the installer worry about it lol. Tech support for scosche is open Saturday so even if u do the install on Saturday ur installer could call them.
