Camaro Forum CSI regarding Siena Thread

As most of you know, CSI is very important to all dealers.

So, I would like you to give me a CSI survey in the form of a poll.

The question is, how satisfied are you with the information given in "Pledge to Provide Accurate 2SS Ordering Info" regarding the thread now that Siena has arrived here at Bast Chevrolet?

I want a truthful answer and please comment on how I may have done a better job in how this thread has come along.

Thanks!

Al

I followed that thread from when I first saw it and have learned a lot, even if only to know better about which questions to ask.

I wish there was somewhere between extremely satisfied and somewhat satisfied. My ideal option would have been "RPO did an excellent job, but my memory isn't good enough to remember everything I've learned."

I had not seen this CSI thread but if you are still wanting responses, I read the Siena thread religiously. I learned more about the order and building and delivery process than I would ever have expected to know. It has helped us to talk with our salesman and the director of business development on a more informed basis. I refer back to it from time to time. Thank you for providing this information.

RPO, the CSI thread was wonderful and the most insightful post I have seen yet on this message board. My Sales manager told me that my salesman is intimidated by my knowledge and that I have encouraged him to learm more about the Camaro and the status code process. Thanks a million! You have earned respect

I would thank you all for your responses. My goal was to provide accurate info so that two groups would find it informative.

First, it was meant for all of the folks here who ordered their Camaros. My hope was that if it made it a little easier for them to talk to their dealers as "partners" instead of adversaries, it would make it a more pleasurable experience.

Second, for the dealers. Actually, the salespeople on the front lines. I know at our store, I handle ALL of the orders and the salespeople just take the orders. At any time, they are welcome to bring their customers in to speak with me so they understand the process completely. So, if it helped any salesperson to understand the process a little better, I accomplished my goal.

Again, thanks to you all.
