ZL1 Bolt-On Record (Smashed the Record page 2)

Ran my ZL1 the other night at No Problem Raceway and set the bolt-ons Record! The car was driven and tuned by TRW427SS ans DieselMD of Futral Motorsports. I was extremely happy with what we have done so far!

Thanks! The converter that dave got us works perfect. Leaves hard and couples well after that. Car still only has 18% overdriven crank pulley. After an upper pulley swap this thing should really run!

M&H drag radials obviously work well. I have a set of bogarts with 325/45-17 m&h drag radials that I have not tried yet. What tire pressure did you use? Ported LSA TB? Dyno #s? How "loose" does that Yank converter feel on the street? Thanks for answering these questions...it is refreshing for someone to post their mods and other assorted information.

Even more impressive you have only a 9.17" lower pulley with a stock upper SC pulley.

Tire pressure 18lbs. Yes it a ported LSA TB by Futral Motorsports. It dynoed 575 RWHP. Its a 2800 stall and drives very well.

what a great combo! The 2" headers are just insane with just a 9.17" lower and 93 octane...obviously, it works great with the Yank converter. I have to get my stuff together to have a shot at that 10.55!
