Non loaded dyno, couple second pulls don't work for turbo cars.

What is the boost in the data log show for the pull? The dyno plot doesn't look abnormal to me, with a smooth curve, and an expected result.

15.8 is the boost level, car doesn’t pull strong once you floor it on the street and doesn’t show any boost until 5k RPM, tried 21 PSI with some C16 and 5 extra degrees of timing on the dyno, it only made 890WHP which is pretty low.

What I meant about boost in the data log was when do you see the boost start and how fast does it occur? Not asking for what the full boost is - am asking how the boost comes on, and the data log could show that. So far, I'm leaning toward the tune and dyno; but the data log could tell a lot about what's happening. Got a pull graph of it?
