Exhaust difference between 2013-2014? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Any know of changes made to the exhaust between the 13-14 SS? I want to get a Borla cat-back system for my 2014, but the latest they list is 2013. Would it be a safe to assume the 2013 will fit?

I'm sure they will, it just has a weird azz and a horrible facelift.

Borla just got back to me, they just updated their site, 2014 exhaust is now available.

The front I don't mind, its the rears half-a$$ed 1969 taillights that bug me. If it was Honda prelude taillights they were trying to accomplish they nailed it.

I installed the 2013 version on my 2014 Camaro.. I ordered the wrong one.

Anyone know the diff?

If it fit fine and the tail pipes are centered, there's not a difference. The mufflers are the same, given you bought the same version. The only difference could be slight routing differences.

The guys that installed did tell me they had a hard time getting the tail pipes centered lol

Just not sure why Borla has a separate listing for 2014.

Confirmed with Borla the only diff is that the 2014 kit stick out further..

That makes no sense cuz my 2013 kit sticks out same distance as stock. Hmm

Look up. The best price for the ATAK I found was $1,130 catback. 2014 might just stick out longer but I like the Borla tag to confirm. I don't mind the tips though.

2010-13 has Borla tag also

I have 2012 borla axle back (same as 2013 part num). I want to mount them on my 2014 ss. Do you have pics of your install? I don't want to cut my oem's off and not have the 2012 borla's fit. Sounds like it fit ok for you.

The 2010-2013 fits perfect on 2014! Only diff is 2014 Borla tips stick out 1-1/2 inch further so that the word "borla" shows completely, because when using older model only half the word shows..

Pretty much confirmed w/ Borla employee the design change was strictly a marketing update lol
