ZL1 lowering springs?

Who makes the best lowering springs for our ZL1's?

BMR?
pfadt?
eibach?

Just curious who has done this mod and what your results are. Seems the 1-1.25" is the popular option...

I do track my car but I don't want to lose too much drivability on the street.

I think if you ask 5 people you'll get 5 different answers as to the best drop spring.

When I was researching springs to lower my ZL1, I narrowed it down to BMR and Pfadt. There seemed to be a lot more photos posted on C5 of Camaros lowered with springs from those two manufacturers.

I ended up purchasing the PFadt springs because they were on sale at the time and it made their price almost identical to the BMR.

I've heard real good things about Detroit Speed springs, but expect to pay about double the cost of the other manufacturers.

I love the look of my car lowered. Bumps feel a tad bit harsher, but otherwise the ride is identical to stock.

Just remember the drop advertised is for the SS. The ZL1 already sits lower so the drop won't be as much.

If I remember correctly the recommendation for the ZL1 is for no more than a 1.5" drop on the coupe and 1.25" inch drop on the convertible.

I used Eibach and the difference was subtle but noticeable.
