Best Advertisement for 5th Gen Camaro and How It Influenced Your Choice
For me, since I'm still a youngin', the first word I got about the new Camaro was from the Transformers movies. After seeing the first concept model, my reaction was something like "Damn, that looks good. Meh, maybe one day."
I got a new job and started playing with the idea of a new car. It had to be black (I'll get to that in a minute). I was debating between a Nissan Z, Dodge Challenger, or the Camaro. Did some research on the specs/price and it was between the Challenger and the Camaro. I have a specific purpose in mind for the black paint. I'm in my "happy zone" when I'm driving at night, in the city, with all of the lights rolling right over that black glossy paint. So, then I saw this commercial. That was it, I had to have the Camaro. Perfect example of why I chose black and just how good that car looks. What was the "seal the deal" moment for you? |

I got to see the concept car at a car show and was hooked. It took me a few years to convince the wife that we should get one, but she finally agreed after I convinced her to test drive one. That was all it took to make her want one. I never even test drove one, I just knew I wanted it.

Wow! I have never seen that commercial. Thanks for sharing. I thought every bit if commercial footage ever shown on the 5th Gen Camaro had been on C5 a ton of times. Maybe this one has been but I have never managed to see it.

that was the exact commercial that gave me the "GO!", specially since the car i tested was on those exacto colors,I saw that video at least twice a day since the day I bought it until the delivery day...and i'm still searching the name of the song lol
