called kook headers direct before ordering on black Friday. they said go 2" over 1000 HP. I went 1 7/8

I have 1 7/8 headers and 2.5 NPP exhaust. No problem making 750 whp with my mods.

Yes, you just cut it where the headers come out. I've done this on 3 5th gens

I was going to stay n/a so I got TFS GenX 255cc heads and went Kooks stepped 1-3/4 to 1-7/8 with 3in collectors to full Kooks 3in exhaust.

Just adding a ProCharger D1X to the setup, I made 723 rwhp pump 760 rwhp E85.

I was only shooting for 625 to 650 rwhp, but first pull the tuner made was over 700 rwhp!

That was on a Main Line dyno that I hear usually reads lower.

Plenty of power for me in a street car that rarely makes it to the strip!
