Stripped seat belt bolt

I was removing my seat belts and my front driver side upper seat belt bolt spins freely. The threads broke away from the car. I cut the head of the bolt off but now I need to know how to go about fixing the threads so I can screw the bolt back in. Also where can I find a new bolt for it. This is on a 2010 Camaro SS

Is it the adjustable height type of seat belt? If its a fixed type, then the weld or cage nut on the back side of the panel broke, which would really suck beacuse you dont want to know how to fix that.

It's the fixed style. I know a couple of hard ways to fix it but I didn't know if there was an easy solution or some type of repair kit.
