need advice on mods

what can I realistically expect to gain HP wise from the following
Cold Air intake
Cat back exhaust
Tune

or

CAI
TUNE American racing longtubes hi flow cats
X pipe
Axleback Exhaust (I know what I would get hp wise out of this combo thanks to the guys a ARH.)

I know the cais all vary but im looking for ballpark
also the price difference is the issue iis a difference of alot of $$$$ to go with option 2 my question to my esteemed colleagues is: which makes more sense bang for the buck
is the headers worth it on a car I plan to keep basically stock except for bolt ons ???

My thinking is if I can add 20 to 30 Horseys with the first option is is the extra 30 or so horse worth the $1200 dollars

any input will be really appreciated
