Nice! Would love to swap mine out for a set of those if there is ever an easy solution for the airbag issue. Some guy on the 5th gen FB group claimed to have created a PnP wiring harness that he was selling but it seemed to good to be true. Not sure such a thing exists.

I think I sent that guy a message yesterday, about the plug and play wire harness. I does not sound completely plug and play. Said he could use your old harness or buy new and do whatever he does to it. But there is still instructions on wiring some sensors to the new harness. I am going to wait to after Christmas and see what route I am going to take.

If you need any custom harnesses I would talk to gen5diy, they've always taken great care of me

I talked to gen5dyi and they do not make a harness. They said they tried years back and there was no way around the airbag system.

Well that's what I feared, but I guess depending on how you want the car set up you can figure something out

I put the sliders on the drivers side today. For this seat I ended up using the top elongated hole and then the top hole. I placed the slider smooth surface to the bottom of the seat. I purchased 1 set of spacers, but looks like I will not need them.

I should have mocked the brackets in the car first. I would have noticed that one of the rear holes for the torq bolt was blocked. Just had to do a little cutting.

Looks awesome. I like the red as it goes well with the charcoal black interior stuff too. Keep us posted on how you work out the airbag stuff.
