Ordered billet black bowties from SFX Performance and had the stock rear trim bezel rings painted body color at a local body shop. Here's a couple of pics:

If you're goin for that why not just do a bowtie delete? Not my cup of tea personally I think no bowties woudl look better if you're going for that clean look.

I think the tail bowtie looks great! Love it! Stealth look!

No bowties would leave me with two holes in my decklid and an indentation in my grille!

I just really wanted to get rid of the gold. Next little project will be to pick up an extra set of factory "SS" emblems and paint them flat black. Then I may or may not put red inlays in. (So it would look basically stock but with black outer trim rather than chrome)

For the "CAMARO" on the sides I may do factory emblems in flat black, but I'm leaning towards 1st Gen "Camaro" script in flat black.
