That model's no good, my father has it and trigger pull is bad, IMHO. For $400 you can look at some new and used Rurger SR9, SR9C, M&P9 and sometimes you can get lucky and find Glock 19's at that price. If you spend a little more there's a lot more options out there in 9mm.

My wife carries the Beretta Tomcat and loves it. It is a bit heavier than most of the plastic subcompacts out there and has a slightly wider grip. This makes it much easier for her to shoot. The tip up barrel is a major plus. This way she can load one in the chamber without having to rack the slide. Great gun!!!

Yeah 10 year ago paid $300 for the gun new and $275 for the drum and maybe $500 for ever thing that I have on it.

I didn't build it as a movie replica, but I did build a 1903A4 out of a 1903A3 that had the receiver already drilled for a scope mount. Mine's a 1943 Remington.
Barry Pepper's character in Saving Private Ryan used a 1903A4 at one point, and a 1903/A1 type sniper at another Here's mine. Personally I think the scope is dogcrap. Pretty rifle but it needs improvement.
