Haha, luckily it's not too much weight

Besides with all the weight I save from my hood and trunk, I think I can spare a few grams

If you want carbonfiber work in Michigan here is the best in this corner of the US,

First of all, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased that you gave us this compliment. Eric at MPD is a Quality Competitor of mine for some of the things we have done for the SSR/
Thanks Eric!

Secondly, I must say carbon by Design did a quality job on the Carbon fiber work on that roof.
I do a lot of Carbon fiber and must say it is difficult to get the weave perfectly straight. That said , I give them a compliment even though we are competitors.

Good job Mike!
Looks Good.

Thank you for the compliment. It is always nice to have our work admired but especially when it is someone in the same industry. Your work is flawless as well. Glad we our on opposite coast so we are not to much competition for each other.

I would be very interested in a CF roof but I live in S.C.. Are you going to be producing an overlay that can be shipped out or can this only be done in house?? If only in house, do you know of any place on the east coast that could do this for me near South Carolina.. Thanks

BTW SS Mike car looks great!!!! Have any more pics that you can post??

I never noticed this thread come back up! My bad! Right after SEMA my car went to Vortech, so I haven't been able to attend any meets for a while. But I'll have it back soon in full force so you can check it out then. I'll PM you my number.

Give me a few minutes and I'll post all the pics I have of the roof, plus a couple more that I've taken after. I havent' seen my car much in the last month and a half so i don't have a whole lot of pics, but I'll post what I have!

Thanks for the compliment btw

Thanks Matt! It'll look good on a Bumble Bee as well, especially if you were to get cf roof, hood and trunk, and wing (all from Carbon By Design of course ) and then paint them yellow, but leave the stripes area carbon fiber, now that would be SICK!!!
