Need some help with my Head unit

Last night I just installed an amp and sub on my stock stereo system. After connecting my remote wire to two different wires with no luck finding the switched 12v wire. I did find a "always on" 12v wire that turned my amp on. I took that time to test to see if everything worked, and it did.

I could fully use the head unit. Now this morning i woke up and drove straight to a store, but my head unit wasn't working, I can't turn up the volume (stuck on 25 volume), I can't tune the radio to find a different radio station with the knob and the door chime doesn't work.

This morning I looked over everything that I did, I unhooked everything to stock to see if that would fix it, but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
