Brake Pad suggestions for Girodisc Replacement Rotors
Howdy!
I recently converted my Z28 Rotors over to the 2 piece Girodisc Iron Rotors. I was curious what brake pads y’all might suggest I go with? I haven’t tracked the vehicle yet as it is mostly my weekend car at the moment so I won’t be needing anything too aggressive. Thank you ahead of time! |

@ty'sz28 I would contact Girodisc and see what material pads they reccomend using with the rotors you purchased.
On their website I see it mentions " a different brake pad with an annulus (pad swept area) of 66mm or less must be used." My big question, why switch away from the stock Carbon Ceramic Rotors? Yes, they're a bit more expensive but their performance is much better. |

Contact Clarke...he is the expert at this stuff, and has helped me when I used to track cars.
