Take the belt off and spin each pulley until you either feel a lot of resistance or hear a similar sound. Could be one of the tensioners, water pump, alternator, or power steering pump. It could be the ac compressor but I kind of doubt it and that pulley will be a little harder to turn.

Definitely start with this, pretty easy. If the tensioner bearing is bad they tend to ring like that through the body & spring. Check this out asap. I once ignored a bad one & when it let go the result was not fun. They all should feel silky smooth.

I forgot to ask I normally go for Gates products on all my 4 cars, but GM offers AcDelco Gold, do any thing that will be a better option than Gates?

I had Gates and Dayco in the previous -99 Camaro.
They all started making noise within 1-2 years.

I have not had the time to check the components but a couple of days ago I found the ACDELCO 252975 Gold water pump with an awsome discount I paid 111 total for the part.

I am now thinking on replacing all the parts except the alternator for new ACDELCO gold options since the car is 71k miles and some noticed low durability on the gate ones.

I wear hearing aids (and did watching it) but I thought it sounded pretty much like a typical noisy valve train LS motor.

I turned my volume up all the way, and like moto says, sounds like your typical noisy LS/L99 engine. I didn't hear anything out of the ordinary..

Thanks so much guys for your time on helping me out. I am going to swap those 2 parts and post another video. As I said a water pump from acdelco gold in less that half price was no easy to let go.
