Corsa cat back/long tube header neck down

Been lurking around for a long time, first post. Wondering if anyone has a better idea on how to go from stock manifold/converters with corsa 3" cat back to longtubes, corsa back...WITHOUT necking it down?

My long tubes are stainless works which have "factory connect" and "performance connect" versions. Before ordering headers, I called sw tech support and they recommended the Performance connect since I already had Corsa cat back and I did NOT want a neck down going from 3" to 2.5" then back to 3" cause that would drive me nuts knowing even if it doesn't change performance. He did tell me there would be some fabrication no matter what.

See photos. The straight pipe from the headers to the corsa elbow is 3" x 18" separate piece I bought to make it work. Car is offroad only if anyone is wondering why I didn't install the high flow cats included with the sw kit.

Mig not setup to weld stainless, don't have a tig, and I want the clamp connection so it's easy to put install the high flow cats that came with the headers for street.

Moving on to gearing changes, decided on a Yukon 4.11 setup with truetrac. Almost went with the JRE but the price is $4461 to ship a rebuilt diff complete which is ridiculous so I'm doing my own upgrade. Bought a 3.27 diff that no one wanted on ebay for cheap, tore it apart today...all good.
Waiting on parts now, but total cost with ebay diff, yukon 4.11 gear kit, yukon master rebuid kit, and truetrac is $2646 total. Prob go with the hendrix bushings so add $175, maybe cover. Nice to be able to take my time with the spare diff and sell my stock 3.45 after the swap out.
